At The Gadget Lab, our goal is to get your new tech into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Times

All orders are "Lab-Processed" within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a major TikTok campaign or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: (If available) Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount or via special promo codes like TikTech2026.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your "Lab Results" (your order status) directly on our website’s Track Your Order page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Gadget Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order and the gadget is damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our support team at [Your Support Email] with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us. Once a package is marked as "Delivered," it is the customer's responsibility to report any theft or misplacement to the local authorities or carrier.
